Terms
Terms of Service
Effective 28 August 2026 · Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms cover your use of millersacademy.com, the Trader's Bible, the trade journal, the scanner, and any course, lesson, or material provided by Miller's Academy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using any of it, you agree to them.
1. Educational purpose
Everything we provide is educational. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, or a financial planner, and nothing we provide is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Our full risk disclosure is part of these terms — read it.
2. Your account
You need an account to access student materials. You agree to:
- Give an accurate email address and keep your password private
- Use the account yourself and not share it — one account, one person
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it
Access codes are issued to enrolled students individually. Passing your code or your login to someone who has not paid is the one thing that will get an account closed without a refund.
3. What you may and may not do with the materials
Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course materials and software for your own learning and your own trading, for as long as your enrollment is active.
You may not:
- Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute any of it
- Record, screenshot, or transcribe lessons for distribution
- Use it to build or teach a competing course
- Remove or obscure any notice of ownership
We keep ownership of everything we made. You keep ownership of everything you write into your own journal.
4. Your journal data
Your trades, notes, and journal entries are yours. We store them so you can use them across your devices, and we do not sell them, publish them, or use them to make trading decisions of our own. See the privacy policy for the detail.
5. Payment and refunds
Course fees are stated at the time of purchase in US dollars. Because the materials are delivered digitally and become available immediately, fees are non-refundable once you have accessed the student materials.
If something has gone genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, you cannot get access, the product is not what was described — email us. We would rather sort it out directly than have you dispute it with your bank.
6. Availability
We aim to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Software gets updated, hosts go down, and data feeds fail. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we will give reasonable notice before removing anything you rely on.
7. Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that shares credentials, redistributes materials, abuses other students, or breaks these terms in some other material way.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Miller's Academy is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including where a tool of ours showed incorrect data or was unavailable when you needed it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email enrolled students. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
